We were privileged to have been invited to present at the recent IDEA Forum - a Think Tank to advance Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access within the Insights industry. We provided a perspective on the topic of Attracting and building a diverse and inclusive insights team. As context for this conversation, we shared the video below which gives an insightful and experiential view of the challenges and pain points endured by diverse talent across this and so many other industries. We are excited about the commitment and intentional work being done by the IDEA Council, the Insights Association and its Membership, to address inequity across our industry. We applaud you!
